I’ll help you vote absentee-by-mail for the June 2, 2020 Primary Election. Governor Holcomb made the recommendation to the Indiana Election Commission to suspend absentee by-mail rules to allow all Hoosiers the option to vote by mail in the upcoming primary election. This recommendation was adopted on March 25, 2020 by the Indiana Election Commission.

Print out the form and fill it out.
You can submit your application by any of the following methods. The Elections Office must receive it by the appropriate submission deadline (12 days before the election).

- Deliver it in person to the Election Office at the Government and Judicial Center in downtown Noblesville. If you are delivering an application for someone else you will be required to fill out an ABS-17 at the Election Office.

Remember, the final day for the Election Office to receive your application is 12 days before the election.
